Tata Sky also undergoes process of reverse bidding wherein 5 – 6 agencies are invited to quote for a particular region The agency with the minimum bid at the time of closure is given the mandate to execute the campaign

Challenge

7-8 agencies are usually in the fray for the business. No means to gauge the buying prowess of the competitors. Around 100 – 350 media owners to be dealt with in order to execute the campaign
